OUR STORY

Simon began his journey into the jewellery trade at a young age: Being introduced to the dynamic and vibrant Hatton Garden community through his father. There, he was able to work with and learn from a variety of veteran professionals and thus develop and hone his own knowledge and skills regarding diamonds and jewellery.

For many years Simon has pursued a passion for snowboarding and adventure in parallel with his love of the jewellery trade. The opportunity to juggle travelling the world to ride and experience culture with the founding and development of a brand that has grown into a solid, well known and trustworthy company has resulted in a well rounded individual who collaborates well and uses reason and trust to achieve that holy grail: A balance between each customer’s vision and the practical considerations of turning that vision into reality.

This demands that he retain a strong creative drive and looks at the jewellery trade differently: By letting customers peer behind the scenes to see a piece of jewellery being created, they immediately become aware of how much work and how many people are involved with each item, from conception to delivery. This empowers them to be more involved in the process and ensures that every piece is designed, manufactured and worn with love and pride.

His creative drive extends to photography and Simon loves shooting photos. He combined this interest with his jewellery projects by using polaroid images to bring the process of bespoke jewellery creation to life for each of his clients. These images also form the basis for his social media presence, demonstrating the craftsmanship and professionalism of his team and inspiring faith and confidence from his clients.

We want every client to approach us with their ideas and to leave confident that their vision is in safe hands. There is no other jewellery business with a boss like Simon! His experience inside and outside of the trade guarantees that he can help keep things nice and simple by listening carefully to your brief and then directing you where appropriate based on his knowledge and experience. This ensures that every client receives a personalised and professional service when buying a fine piece of high end jewellery.

360 jewellery was established in 2013 in the spirit of creativity, quality and collaboration. By using cutting edge computer aided design and traditional manufacturing methods, we offer a truly bespoke jewellery service with laugh and smiles.

Simon Belson boasts many years experience of working in Hatton Garden. For 360, he surrounded himself with some of the most talented designers and jewellery makers, …. and …. in the area, putting together a team who can work closely to briefs and provide invaluable insights when evaluating design ideas. His team have a combined experience of several lifetimes and always strive tirelessly to exceed a remit.

We aren’t the kind stuffy, swish company you might have come across previously or expect to deal with, but that doesn’t mean we aren’t diligent and meticulous. We have a comfortable and inviting office and workshop, were you will be welcomed to a consultation and offered a drink over which we can work through your ideas and inputs. We may offer suggestions to improve style and comfort if necessary, so that the final brief is a collaboration that is as close to the picture in your mind’s eye as possible, while still being functional and comfortable.

We are an approachable bunch and we want you to be extremely happy, so we always listen closely to your ideas and wherever possible, we will realise them exactly. As the client, you will be invited to review the design and suggest changes. This feedback continues until a final design is reached. From there we switch to traditional manufacturing methods to make your piece by hand, using only the highest quality materials, responsibly and sustainably sourced to guarantee peace of mind as well as a beautiful piece of jewellery.

So, whether you want the moon on a stick, or simply want to have your cake and eat it too, at least as far jewellery goes, 360 have your back. Regardless of whether you brief is an exact and watertight design for an engagement ring, or a bracelet sketched on the back of a napkin, the 360 team will help to turn your dream piece of jewellery into reality.

Jamie’s Story

Jamie began his journey at 360 Jewellery in 2014 by approaching Simon with a special request: crafting an Olympic Ring to commemorate his first participation in the slopestyle snowboard event.

As he delved into the intricacies of bespoke jewellery Jamie's interest in the design and creation process of bespoke jewellery grew from there, prompting him to become more involved in the trade. Over the years, he dedicated himself to building experience and learning the intricacies of the craft under Simon's guidance.

Now, Jamie not only works alongside Simon but also plays an active role in promoting and pushing the brand forward. Together, they collaborate to create remarkable pieces of bespoke jewellery, showcasing their skill and creativity.

It's wonderful to see how Jamie's initial request for a personal memento has blossomed into a fulfilling career in the world of jewellery design. Such journeys often demonstrate how a spark of interest and the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals can shape one's passion and turn it into a lifelong pursuit.
